Jack Champagne is a native of Jackson, Mississippi who received a double major B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in Anthropology and the History and Philosophy of Science before going on to receive a law degree there. While at the university he was a top competitive fencer. Inspired by Bob Moses, the legendary civil rights activist who advocated for a constitutional right to a quality public school education, Jack now is pursuing a teaching license at the Central New Mexico School of Education. At USBC Jack researches cases and helps write pleadings, and has previously provided legal support for public defenders&#39; offices and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
